If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on opened or used candles, as these items cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons. If the product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
